The COVID19 pandemic, which has been affecting the world since December 2019, has had a significant impact on electricity generation, one of the labor-
intensive industries. The actions taken by three important representatives of the sector that produces electricity from different technologies, the practises
developed, and the lessons learned during this period were discussed in this process, which requires changes in operation and maintenance strategy and
working culture.It was emphasised how daily life activities such as logistics, accommodation, food services, social distancing, and isolation, which are
extremely important in the activities carried out, were managed during the pandemic period.
