maintenance planning, as well as the advances made in this field. Many details, such as prioritisation, performance evaluation, establishing
processes and documentation, and utilising technological developments, were discussed during the planning stages, which necessitated a
multifaceted approach.

He received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and his master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from ITU. He began working at the Turkish Petroleum Refineries Corporation (Tüpraş) General Directorate in 2010, where he was involved in operational reliability, maintenance planning, and planned shutdown activities. He is currently employed by Tüpraş General Directorate as Chief Operating Reliability Engineer Specialist. His primary responsibility is to determine the strategies required for the operation of Tüpraş's refineries in order to achieve maximum availability at the lowest possible cost, as well as to establish and implement working processes in this direction. His activities include the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies for refinery assets, the performance monitoring of assets and processes, the identification and management of refinery risks and threats, the identification and management of refinery risks and threats, the identification of root causes of incidents in refineries and the implementation of corrective actions, and the development of digital technologies in these areas. He is also a PhD candidate at ITU's Department of Industrial Engineering.

Ömer Geçili graduated from Odtü Mechanical Engineering Department in 1983, and his HEPP adventure, which began with the construction of 700 MW Altnkaya HEPP that same year, grew to 3,700 MW with Sr, Berke, Borçka, Yedigöze, Menge, Köprü, Kavşak, Paravani, Arkun, Artvin, Tepekşla, Beyhan, Banja, and Alpaslan II. He has worked as a consultant, employer, subcontractor, and operator in all aspects of the energy industry, and he is currently the Maintenance and Technical Support Manager at Sanko Energy.

In 2018, he completed the Sabancı University Industrial Leaders Programme after graduating from ITU Mechanical Engineering and Balıkesir University Master of Business Administration. He worked as a construction site engineer / construction site manager / natural gas power plants maintenance manager at Enerjisa Üretim for the last 13 years of his 18-year professional business career and continues to work as a Thermal Power Plants maintenance planning manager as of June 2021 He is married with two daughters. He enjoys travelling, participating in social responsibility projects, tennis, and diving.

He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2008 He completed his master's degree in YTU Mechanical Engineering Department of Energy in 2011 and his doctorate in 2019 He graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. He is a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist. Between 2008 and 2019, he worked in the Mechanical Maintenance Department at Engie Uni-Mar Marmara Combined Cycle Power Plant. In 2019, he started working as Deputy Manager of Maintenance Planning at Enerjisa Üretim Tufanbeyli Power Plant. He has been working as Tufanbeyli Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance Manager since June 2021.
