The panel discussed how this maintenance strategy is implemented in various industrial structures in construction assets, where monitoring technologies are more limited than in mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.The issues and specifics of how human resources and technology are used in
the geological realisation of this entire concept in construction assets in refineries, hydroelectric power plants, dams, and the entire mine site were
discussed. The sector's pioneering role in these activities, which are carried out without legal obligation, as well as the two stakeholders'
expectations regarding regulations and standards, were also revealed. Finally, the panel discussed the impact and benefits that technological
developments may provide in the short and long term within the scope of these studies.
