Alper graduated from Istanbul Technical University Electrical Engineering Department in 2000 and Energy Technologies and Management Master Program in 2017 at Sabanci University in Istanbul. He started his career as an R&D Engineer in Power Electronics before his international construction experience for ten years in Oil & Gas and Electricity Generation. Alper joined in 2014 as a design expert occupying several roles such as Technical Support & Process Safety Expert, Maintenance Manager, and Basin Manager within his Enerjisa Uretim experience. He is now responsible for Hydroelectric Power Plants and Technical Support Teams serving all generation technologies within Enerjisa Üretim Fleet and SENKRON Operation Control Room.
