Social Enterprise. Itır Erhart appeared on the "Changemakers" programme in 2009 to discuss her work in civil society. Between 2006 and 2008, he attended the MBA program in International Resource and Environmental Management at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg. He worked as Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer at Enercon Service between 2008-2009 and as Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Chief Engineer at Petkim between 2010-2013 He worked as Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Chief Engineer at Tüpraş between 2014 and 2016, and then worked as Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Manager at Pegasus Airlines. Gençel, who joined Zorlu Energy Group in 2018 as Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Manager, also serves as Zorlu Holding Environment and Working Group Leader.
